This event will bring together current and prospective ValleyHUB partners - farmers, makers; retail, restaurant and institutional food service customers; and allies and friends. We’ll share the current state of our food hub, along with relevant information about food safety and upcoming funding opportunities. Then we’ll spend some time getting to know each other and planning ahead for the coming season.
Our Produce Safety Technician will be speaking about the Michigan On-Farm Produce Safety Program. This will also be a good opportunity for farms looking for an additional market.
